Hello ~ My name is Janet Goins. I’m a mom to three beautiful daughters, Gigi to three amazing grandkids, and mom-in-law to two of the best sons-in-law I could’ve ever dreamed for. I am originally from the beautiful state of Tennessee, where I was born and raised. I moved away to Birmingham, AL for 30+ years, but in the summer of 2022, I found myself coming back “home” to my roots and I am loving being back in TN.

I’m a licensed realtor in Tennessee, Alabama, and Georgia, and I absolutely love what I do. I have a stream lined approach for helping clients relocate to the Chattanooga area, buy their dream homes, and sell their properties smoothly. I’m also certified in luxury real estate, which allows me to provide an elevated experience for clients seeking high-end properties.
